Students of San Miguel present the theatre production of The Three Little Pigs, Spanish style. Maestro Teddy and the three education interns Myra,Alida, and I collaborated to present an exciting event with the children in the 2nd and 3rd grade class.Maestro Teddy introduces the story for the audience and then takes a back seat to let the children perform.
Each group of children constructed three cerditos (pigs) and one lobo (wolf). The students constructed three houses and painted the scenery for the production. The pictures below present the finished product of those props used for the play.
Maestro Teddy appointed certain students to be the narrator, the wolf, and the three little pigs. A look at behind the scenes shows that even Maestro Teddy is enjoying the kids performance.
